Privacy notice

Current-release promise: no accounts, analytics SDK, advertising tracker, accepted report records, photo upload, address lookup, or server-side message storage. A private D1/R2 reporting foundation exists for a disabled pilot; its intake flags are false and it contains no production submissions.

What the site processes

Representative name, title, district, and optional public office email entered into the message builder are processed locally in your browser. The site does not transmit or store those fields. Copying a draft uses your device clipboard; opening email passes the draft to your configured email application, which is governed by that provider’s policies.

Hosting logs

Cloudflare may process routine network and security information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, requested URL, user agent, and security signals. The site does not add a separate analytics product or use those logs to build public profiles.

What not to provide

Do not send or attempt to upload photographs, plate numbers, faces, names of vehicle owners, home addresses, precise geolocation, allegations, or other sensitive material. The reporting page is closed and no production submission channel is open.

Retention

The project does not retain message-builder inputs. Cloudflare may retain operational data according to its service settings and legal obligations. Browser, clipboard, and email retention are controlled by you and the relevant software provider.

Children

The site is a general civic-education resource and is not directed to children under 13. No submission or account feature is offered. If such features are considered later, age-appropriate design and consent requirements must be reviewed first.

Future changes

The private reporting foundation is not an invitation to submit material. Before any observation feature opens, this notice will be updated with purposes, categories, retention, processors, user rights, security, moderation, and any additional legally required operator details. Counsel and independent acceptance must be recorded first.
